How come when you scretch the corners of your eyes back your vision becomes clearer?

When you stretch back your eyes at the corners, you are effectively reshaping your ';eyeball'; and effecting a change of the distance between cornea and retina. Glasses serve the same function, change the focus distance. How come when you scretch the corners of your eyes back your vision becomes clearer?
Huh, my vision becomes blurry? Wtf.How come when you scretch the corners of your eyes back your vision becomes clearer?
same effect as squinting

not recommended unless you want astigmatism
I tried it and it made my vision worse!
by doing so, you slightly change the shape of your eye, affecting it's focus.
What is scretch?
