If you have 20/20 vision, are you supposed to see fine print crystal clear 3 to 4 inches from your nose?

I can see clear fine print at 5 inches or more... get super close and it gets blurry.. is that normal?





Am I even supposed to even be looking at and trying to read things at that distance?
