Want to have a clear 20/20 vision?

i m a 16 yr old bespectacled guy, the eye nos. -0.50 and -1.50 left and right resp. how do i restore my vision to clear 20/20? what exercises shud i do? how frequently? how many days will it take to get a noticeable improvement?Want to have a clear 20/20 vision?
there's no fixed cure to shortsightedness. good eye care might not even improve your vision. the only thing i can advice you on is take frequent vision breaks after 45-60mins of near work for 10min. look at something far and preferably green. but really no promises.Want to have a clear 20/20 vision?
There isn't any exercise you can do to correct nearsightedness, but feel lucky, because when you turn 50 and all your friends are using reading glasses, you'll be able to see close distances better than them.
If there was something as simple as excercises or diet to restore 20 / 20 vision...don't ya think millions would have done it instead of having to wear glasses and contacts ?
